Sheldon Cusse

Sheldon has extensive knowledge within the landscaping industry and has worked for numerous high status corporations prior to joining Windsor & Ward in 2007. Like all of our work managers Sheldon offers vast amounts of expertise within all landscaping works.

Darren Coe

Prior to joining Windsor & Ward in 2007, Darren enjoyed over 10 yrs of independent trading within the landscaping industry. A true all-rounder offering high levels of expertise within all aspects of landscaping.

Tony Curry

Originally from a civil engineering background, Tony heads up all grounds works and highway projects, he has vast amounts of both theoretical and physical experience within the trade and is a true asset to the company.

Site Technicians

Andrew Stedman

Andy has been with the firm since its formation, operating as an on site technician, he has a true apatite to learn and is currently developing his designing abilities & expertise.

Ashley Thornhill

Joined in Mid 2007, Ashley has been a key member of our teams and is accountable for a wide range of on site tasks.

Roland Hatcher

Joined in November 2007, Roland has a good amount of landscaping knowledge with over 5yrs of commercial experience. He is a fundamental part of our team.

James Price

A specialist in carpentry & joinery and is responsible for all of our decking & hand crafted wood works.

Josh Collins

Joined in June 2007, Josh is responsible for all maintenance contracts both domestic and commercial, he also undertakes small scale tree and hedge works.

Ian Stevenson

Joined in October 2007, Ian’s expertise lies within the tree care; he is a qualified tree surgeon with vast amounts of commercial experience. Ian is responsible for all large tree & hedge works
